White alligator

The famous white gator from the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans where Canal Street meets the Mississippi River.  I took this a few years ago, but I never had the chance to post it.  I guess this dude is bigger these days.

When we took a road to the lakefront in Mandeville.  But it was gated into some condominiums.  While turning around, we spotted this friendly guy, waiting patiently in a pond for a good meal to come by.  The alligator appeared to be about 4 feet long.
