Everyone needs a little encouragement to get through the day. This balloon street artist in the French Quarter of New Orleans is always able to draw a smiling face out of the air, as it were. If that doesn't work, there seems to be plenty of crowds around these day to stop and gawk at his uplifting creations.-- steve buser

This guy is very talented; good looking "monkey!" Lots of news about New Orleans on the tv tonight.
I never saw a balloon look so good.
