Isn't this the part in the movie where you start screaming at the screen "Turn around!"?Actually, the camera is playing with the scale here. The girl is sitting on someone's shoulders and the parade float is approaching from a good ways away. But the juxtaposition and compressed depth of field make you feel like you're in a "B" scary movie.
The scene is from Endymion parade on North Carrollton Ave. this past Saturday in New Orleans, on the lead up to the big Mardi Gras Day tomorrow.
