Smile, you're at Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras, is gone, but the deed is done.

Every very young one got an introduction to the greatest party on earth.

Now, you can consider that they are hooked for life.

My wife, Linda, here, teaches our grand-niece, Chloe, how to catch beads. "Smile at them Chloe - they can't resist a smile."

Indeed.

I felt the absence of Mardi Gras particularly keenly this year! I really want to figure out a way to have a Mardi Gras parade here in New York City. There must be some way!

I have so many great memories from past Mardi Gras celebrations! (And a few fuzzy ones, too...) This is such a great photo, Steve!

You are so right about hooked for life. I cannot even fathom going to a parade and just watch floats go by!
Thank you for helping me through another year of withdrawal!
