That's a really cool shot! Looks like a colonial cut black paper design. I have been on the levy in downtown New Orleans. What an interesting place. What a sad tale of woe Katrina was. Bush's Folly in my opinion.

great photo. I walked out on the levees this past summer with my sister, at sunset just like this. It is quite surreal down there by the water.
