Water Line

Your eyes ever get caught by those long lines of electric towers that seem to go for ever?

This disappearing line was probably a little out of my camera's range, but I was having fun with it. Entergy (the electric company) built this line along the shore line of Lake Pontchartrain, presumably because that was easier than an onshore route through neighorhoods.

superbe photo, on dirait des dominos a l'infini, si l'on pousse le premier, tous les autres tombes ? ;o)

superb photograph, one would ad infinitum say dominos, if the first is pushed, all the others collapse ? ;o)

This is beautiful! I like the shimmering light and the "disappeared disappearing line."

And Congratulations on your 100th for the other day! I liked your choice of photo, very iconic to choose Mardi gras...

(p.s. thanks for visiting my Chicago blog, I'll be back to see New Orleans again.)

Hello again after our holiday.
This photo is amazing. This power lines looks incredibly. In first second I was thinking is it real or some trick made on the Photoshop. ;)))

This really is unique. I called to see breakfast theme but am far to early. Yes, I do have an international time indicator.

Back from the Algarve beach break, loved to see this beautiful shot!
Also happy to read that cruises are continuing to depart from New Orleans; it might be a good pretext to return to your lovely town!
Congratulations again for your 100th; I'm still around Provence on Blogtrotter
